The Fundacion Solidaridad is a non-profit making organisation of the Chilean Catholic Church. Fundacion has been supporting and helping to develop handicraft workshops for groups and individuals since 1976. The artisans are people who for one reason or another live marginalised from society in poverty. Fundacion offers assistance and training in design support in the production process and marketing services for sales at home and abroad. Its vision is to provide dignity to people in poverty and to collaborate in efforts to overcome poverty.
